Fran has a passion for improving the impact of quality public education, the Webster Groves community, and her children. She has legal and business expertise that would enhance the management and oversight of the District. She has passion and commitment for the District as a resident and parent to two children currently in District schools (Bristol Elementary and Hixson Middle School).

Fran’s priorities would include providing excellent education for all students by ensuring educational content and methods are rigorous and inclusive. She also believes in managing the District’s finances responsibly to maximize resources for students, school employees, and the community. She is also an advocate for fair treatment of all District employees in the setting of policies and making employment decisions. Fran has a history of maintaining relationships and seeking input from all stakeholders within the organizations she serves, which would include students, teachers, staff, administration, and the community if she is elected to the Board of Education.

She would be an excellent representative for all whom she serves and would bring valuable experience to the Board. As a resident and parent to two children in District schools, Fran has a passion for maintaining the District's positive reputation and momentum toward growth as they educate the next generation of Webster Groves students.
